The Small
Business Referral network is starting an outreach program for home based
business.
We are looking
for Directors to start virtual and offline chamber groups in your area.

To start a local SBRN Chapter you must me an active member of the
Small Business Referral Network Community.
For a
Limited time all current SBRN Members may launch an SBRN chapter for
just $25 set up for their first year.
Director pay regular Membership
fees, and earn 20% of their personal members referrals.
This includes not only all your
membership benefits but all set up of your own Chapter Directory Portal.
You will be able to add content, sell advertising, host a directory for
all your members locally. And editing can be done online with
the Easy editor we have.
Directors will be compensated
monthly for all new SBRN member they sign up. A sign up page will be
added to your chapter portal so members can sign up online. Or you may
collect dues and follow the procedure to sending us the membership fees.
Any manager putting in 10 new members in a month will receive a
bonus.
There will be a 60 day grace period
from the first day you local chapter goes live before you need to have
your first meeting.
All New member signups must be
turned in within 72 hours of the member making payment directly to you.
Create a board for you group
consisting of the Director, secretary, and treasure, greeter/networking
manager for the group. You may choose to create an bank account
for your group. The board member are volunteer position only the
Director will receive compensation. A % of the sign up will stay with
the group for activities.
Directors can earn commission on
Sub Directors within their state and they are responsible for over
seeing and helping those directors. The Sub Directors will have a
special directory section created on the State chapter portal
Fee for Sub Directors are the same
ad Directors. Directors will set up state team lists and meetings to
help their state teams with running their chapters.
Sub Directors are responsible for
the same duties as a director as far as paperwork and other items listed
on this page.
Secretary keeps notes of meeting
may create a group newsletter if you decide to have one.
Treasure collects dues, may take
payment for food or lunches, pays the venue if members do not do that
directly.
Greeter/networking manager set at
the registration station and greets members and their guest set up the
Networking table where members can drop of info. Member should be
encourage to take info back home with them that doesn't get picked up or
it can be saved or thrown out.
Find a meeting place each month to
host a meeting, this can be in a library, at a restaurant, in a hotel
but be aware you are responsible for any payment to those venues. Member
and guest will pay for their own lunches if need be.
Director may designate all
membership dues be collected by the treasure or do that yourself. But
you are responsible for making sure all due and member applications are
sent in within 5 working days of the meeting or renewals.
Directors may plan seasonal event
like Christmas Parties, or Special recruitment events. The home office
will help with guideline and information on hosting a event. We do not
recommend hosting an Expo until you have a member bases of at least 20
or 30 members.
All notes and info must be uploaded
or sent directly to the Home Office within 5 days of meetings.
Each chapter are consider associate
of the Small Business Referral Network you are in charge of keeping
financial records for your chapter and any and all taxes for money you
collect that are not paid directly the home network.
You must join the SBRN Chapter
egroup and responsible to check all updates and joining us for group
meetings online once a month. If you miss a meeting you must read all
the transcripts we post. And reply that you read them with 3 business
days.
You must set up you own group email
accounts and keep them updated an current.
You must promote you group both
locally and online we will help with promotional material and ads. We
recommend you use low cost weekly paper to advertise your pint ads
All current members of the SBRN or
new members that join online will be able to join your local chapters
this may help you get started.
You will run the official sate
chapter but you may recruit sub director of various location around you
state. Each new sub chapter will get a directory listing on your State
Chapter site.
You may sell advertising for
reasonable fees to member or even non members. We recommend special
prices for members and can assist in setting that up.
You will add the SBRN button
rotation program to you chapter site.
The home network may request
certain advertising on the chapter portals and require directors to
either add this or we will add it.
Directors will not have to pay for
any meetings or events other than their own lunches.
Important: Chapter Directors are
not employees of the SBRN you are leasing a service from this Network
and in exchange receiving compensation for helping us recruit new
members and for helping set up chapter in our area.

This is no guarantee you will be selected but we
have lots of openings available.
Failure to comply with any of our
Director responsibilities or managing your chapter according to the
rules set forth will be grounds for dismissal. Not turning in your paper
work and membership applications for more than 2 months will be taken as
your resignation the Home office will step in and find an new
director for the group. All new member registration fees but be sent in
within 72 hours.
